COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri Softball Head Coach Larissa Anderson announced Thursday the promotion of Mary Haff to Director of Player Development / Director of Camps.

In her first season with Mizzou, Haff and the Tigers posted a 48-14 record including a 13-11 mark in SEC play. As the fifth seed, Missouri advanced to the 2024 SEC Tournament title game before hosting a Regional and a Super Regional.

The Tigers finished ranked as high as No. 7 in the country. Haff also worked with five All-SEC performers and two NFCA All-Region players in 2024.

Haff, a Winter Haven, Florida, native, initially came to Mizzou ahead of the 2023-24 school year as a Graduate Assistant.

She was a four-time All-SEC and NFCA All-Region pitcher at Arkansas (2018-2022), compiling a 97-31 record with 15 saves on a 1.85 ERA.

Haff led the Razorbacks to two SEC Regular-Season titles and an SEC Tournament title while being named an NFCA All-American and the SEC Co-Pitcher of the Year in 2021.

She also appeared in four Regionals (three Super Regionals) over five seasons with Arkansas.
