2023-24 RECAP
The Tigers advanced to the NCAA Championship for the third-straight season – a first in program history – by competing in the Stanford Regional. Jack Lundin led the Mizzou throughout the season and was rewarded with second-team All-America honors – the first Tiger to land one of the nation’s top two teams since 1984.
While Lundin has graduated, Mizzou returns four student-athletes from last season – seniors Trevor Mierl (74.09 stroke average in 2023-24), Dagbjartur Sigurbrandsson (73.85) junior Virgilio Paz (73.65) and sophomore Brock Snyder (72.75),
NEW FACES
Mizzou welcomes six newcomers to campus for the 2024-25 season. Highlighting the new faces are a pair of all-conference performers from VCU in Mattias Varjun and Veikka Viskari. The duo helped the Commodores to an Atlantic-10 title last season with both golfers finishing with a 72.22 stroke average.
Also joining Mizzou this season are freshmen Bubba Chapman, Jakob Hansen and Jules Lauer and Trent Mierl.
