- Missouri State’s women’s soccer team is heading on the road for the rest of the non-conference season, starting with a trip to Kansas City to face the Roos on Thursday, Sept. 5 at 6:00 p.m.
- The Bears lead the series 8-3-2 all-time with a record of 3-2-1 when visiting KC. in 2022, the Bears defeated the Roos 1-0 in Springfield. MoState hosted Kansas City for a preseason exhibition last season. The last time the Bears made the trip north, the Roos won 2-1.
- Five games in, the Bears have outshot their opponents 94-55 and have 54 shots on-goal to their opponents’ 30. With a shot accuracy of .547, the Bears are ranked 23rd in the country.
- Nationally, the Bears are ranked 30th in shots per game with an average of 18.8 and 11th in shots on goal per game with an average of 10.80.
- The Bears picked up their 250th program win when they beat UCA 3-0 on Sept. 1.

- Grace O’Keefe leads the Bears in shooting with 13 attempts so far. Eleven of those shots have been ongoal for a shot accuracy percentage of .846 which ties her for seventh in the nation. G. O’Keefe is first in the MVC for shots on-goal and tied for third in shots overall. Maggie O’Keefe is right behind her with six out of 11 shots on-goal to tie for fourth in the MVC.
- Goalkeeper Camielle Day made three saves against Tulsa and SIUE for her 20th and 21st career shutouts. She moves into third in school history behind Alexis Stormo (2001-04) with 24 and Jackie Jasper (2005-08) with 27. Day is second in the MVC and tied for 40th in the country with two shutouts.
- In her first start, goalkeeper Ella Becker faced three shots on-goal from UCA to record a shutout.
