COLUMBIA, Mo. — No. 13 University of Missouri gymnastics bolsters a program-record three WCGA Regular Season All-Americans to cap off the 2024 season. Graduate student Sienna Schreiber earned All-America First Team recognition on beam, while junior Jocelyn Moore and senior Mara Titarsolej claimed All-America Second Team positions on floor and bars, respectively.
Regular Season All-America honors are given out based on individuals’ national qualifying scores (NQS) in the Road To Nationals rankings. First-team honors are given to the individuals with the top eight gymnasts on all four events and the all-around, while second-team honors are distributed to the gymnasts who finished Nos. 9-16 in the rankings. All ties are included.
This is the first time in program history in which three individuals have earned a WCGA Regular-Season All-American position. It is also the first time since the WCGA began giving out All-American honors in 2012 that the Tigers have had an All-America finish on three events in the same season.
In her final collegiate season, Schreiber put together the best year of her career on beam, tying for No. 8 in the country on the event with a 9.950 NQS. The Cumming, Georgia, native recorded nine beam routines of 9.9 or higher and ended the regular season on a streak of five 9.9 routines in a row.
The highlight of her season came on March 3, when Schreiber recorded the first perfect 10 of her career on beam against Arkansas. She became the first Missouri gymnast since 2004 to achieve perfection on beam. She was one of just nine gymnasts in the country to record a perfect score on the apparatus this season.
This is the fifth time Schreiber has achieved All-American status — four WCGA Regular-Season, one NCAA — and it is the first time she has earned First Team honors in the regular season after earning a second team placement on the beam in 2021 and 2022, along with all-around honors in 2022.
Moore was automatic on floor for the Tigers all year, as her 9.960 NQS on the event helped her earn her first All-America honor of her career on floor. The star from Hillsborough, New Jersey, had a 100% hit rate on floor and finished the year as one of just two gymnasts in the SEC to score a 9.9 on every floor routine this season.
The junior made history on March 17 at the Illinois Quad meet, when she became the first Missouri gymnast to record a perfect 10 on floor in program history. Coupled with her perfect 10 on vault against Auburn in 2023, she became the first competitor in program history to record a perfect score on multiple events in a career.
This marks the third Regular-Season All-America placement for Moore, who earned first-team plaudits on vault in 2022 and 2023.
Titarsolej made an immediate impact in her first season in the Black and Gold, as her 9.950 NQS on bars led the way for an event squad that reached unprecedented heights in 2024. She produced seven routines of 9.9 or higher throughout the campaign and helped Missouri break the team bars record twice throughout the season.
Individually, the Zutphen, Netherlands, native set the program record on bars twice throughout the season. She became the first Missouri gymnast to hit a 9.975 routine on the apparatus at Georgia on Jan. 20, then she became the first competitor in program history to record a perfect 10 on bars at Mizzou to the Lou on Feb. 16.
The bars specialist is now a three-time Regular-Season All-American after achieving first-team recognition in 2022 and second-team honors in 2023 at LIU.
