Sophomore Grace Stafford was able to convert her birdie putt after a strong shot into the par-four 9th hole. Heading into tomorrow, Morgan Brasser from Fort Hayes State leads the tournament at one-over-par. Marelda Ayal of Rogers State is in second after shooting a two-over-par opening round and her teammate Lydia Sitorus is in third at three-over-par.
