• Senior Kobe Brown leads the Tigers with 16.1 points and 6.1 rebounds per game this season.

• The Tigers split a pair of games last week, beating Vanderbilt at home before falling at Ole Miss.
• KJ Williams leads the Tigers with 17.1 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game.

SERIES HISTORY
• LSU has had the better of the series with Missouri, posting an 11-3 advantage over MU.
• MU, however, ended LSU’s eight-game winning streak in the series earlier in the season with an 87-77 win in Mizzou Arena.
• Kobe Brown led Mizzou with 26 points on 10-of-11 shooting, while MU also recorded 26 assists – its most ever in an SEC game.
• Missouri, however, has yet to solve Maravich Assembly Center with a 0-6 all-time mark at LSU.

SEC TOURNAMENT STANDING
• With just two games left in the regular season, the Tigers are tied for fifth in the SEC standings.
• Right now, MU would earn the No. 5 seed by virtue of winning a three-way tiebreaker with Vanderbilt and Auburn.
• Mizzou, however, can still finish anywhere from the third to 10th seed in the final standings as the Tigers are two games within both seed lines.
• With wins in its final two games, Mizzou will lock in at least the No. 5 seed – matching its best seed since joining the SEC in 2012-13 (also in 2018).

TOP MARKS IN 2022-23
• The Tigers are enjoying one of their best seasons in years during the 2022-23 campaign.
• With a 21-8 overall record and with at least three games left, Missouri already has its most wins in a season since totaling 23 in 2013-14.
• It hasn’t come easy for the Tigers as the team’s five ranked wins are its most in the last 11 years.
• MU finished the non-conference campaign 12-1 – its best mark since also going 12-1 in 2013-14.
• Finally, the Tigers’ 15 wins at Mizzou Arena are tied for the ninth-most home wins this season and MU’s most since going 16-3 in 2013-14.

BEST SINCE…
• More than just wins, the Tigers are also putting up some of their best statistics in years.
• Leading the way, Mizzou has posted its highest scoring offense (80.0) since 2011-12 (80.4).
• Overall, MU’s season averages in six stats are its highest in over 10 years; field goal percentage, 2-point percentage, assists, turnovers and steals.

DOMINANT HALF IN GEORGIA WIN
• The Tigers are coming off one of their best halves in SEC play in years.
• After trailing Georgia by a point at the break, 41-40, MU won the second-half battle by 23, 45-22.
• The 23-point margin is the largest differential in a half of SEC play for the Tigers since outscoring Arkansas, 48-22, in the first half on March 5, 2013.

POINTS OFF TURNOVERS
• A large key to success at Georgia and throughout the 2022-23 season is scoring off turnovers.
• Mizzou is scoring 21.3 points per game off its opponent’s miscues – accounting for 26.7 percent of its points this season.
• Scoring off miscues has equaled success as MU is 19-2 when tallying 17 points off turnovers (2-6 with fewer) and also 20-2 when outscoring an opponent in the category (1-6 when outscored).
• On Saturday, Mizzou outscored Georgia, 32-11, in points off turnovers – its largest margin ever in an SEC game (previous high was 18).
• Overall, MU has outscored its foe, 619-353, in points off turnovers – an average of 21.3 to 12.2.

YOUR HONOR
• Nick Honor keyed the Tigers’ last two wins and is playing some of his best basketball of the year.
• The point guard tallied 13.5 points and 4.5 assists last week – shooting 60.0 percent from the field and 70.0 percent from 3-point range.
• Honor also nailed the game-winning triple with 7.6 seconds left against Mississippi State Tuesday.
• Prior to the week, Honor had posted 5.5 points in SEC play – shooting 30.1 percent from the field.
