Gymnastics Wraps Up Road Schedule against Arkansas

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The University of Missouri gymnastics team wrapps up the road portion of its schedule this weekend as the Tigers square off against the Arkansas Razorbacks  in an SEC dual. The meet will be a top 20 contest as Mizzou checks in at No. 15  this week and Arkansas at No. 17. 

 The meet will  be broadcast live on SEC Network, with Bridget Sloan and John Roethlisberger on the call.

Last Time Out

The Tiger team yet again showed what they’re capable of as the Tigers posted a season high team score of 197.425. The Tigers best event this past weekend was floor posting a 49.600. Mizzou recorded season best on Floor with a 49.600 with second-highest floor score in program history and Vault with a 49.450 tying the program high vault score .Over on vault sophomore Jocelyn Moore stuck her vault for the third weekend in a row finally, earning that 10.0. 

Scouting the Series: Arkansas 

• Friday’s competition will be the 31st-ever meeting between Missouri and Arkansas, and the Tigers currently trail 13-17 in the series, dating back to 2003

• The Tigers have only visited Fayetteville six times in regular season competition over the years, and Mizzou is 2-4 in those outings
