WARRENSBURG, Mo. — Drury track & field athletes produced seven top-five finishes at the Indoor Mule Relays hosted by Central Missouri on Saturday in Warrensburg.
Highlights
- Bria Armstrong has three of those seven top-five finishes for Drury. The sophomore from Chicago Heights, Illinois, finished second in two events and fifth once
- Armstrong was second in the triple jump with a distance of 10.96 meters
- She was also second in the 60-meter hurdles (9.08)
- Armstrong came in fifth in the long jump, posting a leap of 4.92 meters, and she added a sixth-place finish in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.13
- Jaedyn Lowe was third in the 400-meter dash (1:02.45)
- Lowe added a fourth-place finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.78
- John Paul Godwin was fourth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.58, the second-best time in program history, while Luke Kerr was fifth with a time of 8.60, marking the third-best time ever at Drury
- Kerr also posted an eighth-place finish in the 400-meter dash (54.79(
The Panthers compete again Feb. 3-4 in the Bearcat Invitational hosted by Northwest Missouri State in Maryville.
