Drury indoor track & field restarts season at Southeast Missouri St.

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO. — Drury indoor track & field competed in the second of two competitions this weekend at the Redhawks Invite in Cape Girardeau on Friday. The meet was a blend of Division I and Division II programs.
 
Highlights

  • Jasmyn Douglas placed second in the women’s 800 Meter Run with a time of 2:25.16
  • Ashley Childers placed second in the women’s 400 Meter Dash with a time of 1:01.13
  • JP Godwin finished fourth in the men’s 55 Meter Hurdles, posting a time of 8.05
  • Thomas Shuster finished in fourth place in the men’s Mile with a time of 4:32.50
  • Gabe Bauer finished in fifth place in the men’s Mile with a time of 4:34.55

The Panthers will travel to Topeka Kansas Saturday, January 21 to compete in the Washburn Rust Buster.
