Track and Field Announces 2023 Schedule

Columbia, Mo. – The University of Missouri Track and Field team announced its 2023 schedule on Monday, unveiling the dates of its 15-meet regular-season slate.

The Tigers will make eight entrants in the indoor season and will compete seven times during the outdoor campaign.

The indoor portion opens on Jan. 14 with the Hawkeye Invitational in Iowa City, Iowa. The Tigers will then travel to Lincoln, Neb. for the Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 21.

Missouri will visit SEC foe, Vanderbilt, for the Music City Challenge on Feb. 10 and 11th.

The regular season will be capped off by the Alex Wilson Invitational in South Bend, Ind. on Feb. 18.

The postseason kicks off at the SEC Indoor Championship in Fayetteville, Ark. and concludes with the NCAA Championships in Albuquerque, N.M.

Missouri will then shift its focus to the outdoor season which begins on March 17-18 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational in Atlanta, Ga.

Select athletes will compete in the 95th annual Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays from March 29 through April 1.

The Tigers will round out the regular-season slate with four meets in April. Missouri will travel to Azusa, Calif. for the Bryan Clay invitation from April 12-15 and will close out the campaign with a trip to Lawrence, Kan. for the Rock Chalk Classic on April 29.

The Tigers’ postseason journey will open the SEC Outdoor Championship in Baton Rouge, La. on May 13.

Round one of the NCAA Championships will be held on May 27 in Sacramento, Calif., with the finals to be held on June 10 in Austin, Texas.
