Drury wraps up regular season on Senior Day against #20 Quincy
The Drury Panthers continue their fight for a conference tournament bid as they host the Quincy Hawks on Senior Day on Saturday at 3 pm at the O’Reilly Family Event Center.
 
Drury will honor four seniors before the game, Gabby Birmingham, Gail Nichols, Catie Rankin, and Chloe Rear.
 
Drury enters this regular season finale 13-16 and 4-7 in the GLVC. The Panthers are coming off a two-game road trip with losses against 23^rd ranked Lewis (21-25, 20-25, 17-25) and Illinois Springfield (23-25, 16-25, 11-25).
 
Quincy enters this matchup 25-1, 10-1 in the GLVC. The Hawks traveled to Oklahoma earlier this week and defeated Southeastern Oklahoma State 3-0 (25-20, 25-15, 25-22) and East Central 3-1 (25-13, 23-25, 25-22, 25-22).
 
Saturday ends the regular season. Should Drury advance to the GLVC Tournament, they would be in action on Thursday in the quarterfinals. The conference tournament is held at the EastSide Centre in East Peoria, Ill.
