Missouri State Announces All-Inclusive Season Ticket Pricing

SPRINGFIELD – Missouri State Athletics has announced a new, all-inclusive season ticketing strategy for basketball and football with the intent of creating a simpler, more affordable and more fan-friendly approach to the program’s ticketing goals.

The new model includes reduced season ticket pricing in all seating sections, in addition to eliminating the seat assessment fee for applicable basketball and football sections. The new, “all-inclusive” model will roll the price of the tickets, Bears Fund contribution and parking benefit into one convenient low price for the season ticket holder.

“We have listened and worked hard to address what our fans our saying,” said Director of Athletics Kyle Moats. “We are looking to increase attendance across the board and create a process that is easy and cost-efficient for every fan. We will make sure everyone has an opportunity to ask questions and see the cost savings in person with some informational meetings, and we hope everyone takes advantage of that opportunity.”

The new season ticketing program also reduces the number of different price points, which will ultimately make the ticketing process easier in all areas of Great Southern Bank Arena.

The roll-out of the new season ticketing strategy will begin with a pair of “town hall meeting” style gatherings in the Prime Overtime Club at Great Southern Bank Arena on Wednesday, June 22 and Thursday, June 23, both starting at 5:30 p.m. The informational meetings are open to all Bears fans, including current and prospective season ticket holders.
